Terms of Service

Welcome to Globe4Gamers. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Globe4Gamers. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account Registration

Accounts are created by signing in with a third-party provider (Google, Twitch, or Discord). You are responsible for keeping your provider account secure, and for complying with that provider's own terms. Each person may maintain only one active account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Globe4Gamers respectfully and lawfully. You must not:

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or executable code disguised as images.
  • Abuse the broadcast system by creating spam, misleading, or offensive gaming partner requests.
  • Attempt to access accounts, admin areas, or data that you do not own.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other gamers through any feature of the platform.
  • Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access restrictions.

4. Gamer Profiles

Your gamer profile is public to other registered users. Information you add to your profile — including your gamer name, bio, games, devices, and social links — will be visible to logged-in users. Guest visitors can only see your gamer name on the globe.

5. Broadcasts and Connections

Broadcast requests are temporary (5 minutes) and are meant for finding gaming partners. You may have only one active broadcast at a time. When a broadcast is accepted, a connection is created between both gamers. Either party may disconnect at any time.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice. Accounts that repeatedly violate our policies may be temporarily or permanently disabled. Admin users can disable or remove profiles, broadcasts, and other content at their discretion.

7. Demo Account

A demo account may be available for testing purposes. Demo access is temporary, shared among testers, and exists solely for product evaluation. Demo accounts have restricted functionality and may be removed at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

Globe4Gamers and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the platform operators. Game names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the platform belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any third-party gaming brands.

9. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may enter maintenance mode at any time for updates or fixes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Globe4Gamers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the platform, interactions with other gamers, or reliance on information displayed on the platform. Use the platform at your own risk.

11. Account Termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time from your settings. Your profile is immediately hidden from all public views and permanently removed after a 30-day grace period; signing back in during that window cancels the deletion. We reserve the right to disable or delete accounts that violate these terms.
